Bed Slats/ Bed slats with paper foil /Curved Bed Slats Bed slats are made by gluing together multiple plies of birch veneer using hot press and interior type of glue. The veneers used for bed slats are birch, poplar or beech. The face can be either resin coated or paper/film covered. Pressed patterns on the paper face is also possible. The most common slats we work with are with radius of around 4m and 8m and the longest slats we can produce are around 1.6m. Strength and elasticity of slats can be guaranteed. Feature: 1) Material: all birch or poplar or beech 2) Dimension: a).Length less than 160mm, b).Width: 35mm~170mm or others are available c). Thickness: 5~30mm Or according to the requirement 3) Layers: 7 or 8 folds 4) Glue: E0, E1, E2 5) bed slats with natural sanded, resin-coated, foil papers one side or both sides 6) Both flat slats and curved slats are available. 7) Radian: 4000R, 5000R, 8000R or as you need. 8) Tolerance: length: +/-1mm width and thickness: +/-0.3~0.5mm
